A summer favorite!
Spikes on the Beach keeps kids active while introducing them to the game in a fun, supportive environment. Designed for athletes in grades 2–5, this program focuses on:
Building teamwork and leadership
Boosting self-confidence
Learning through play
Week after week, kids not only improve their volleyball skills but also create friendships and memories that last long after summer vacation ends.

Our Train & Play program blends focused skill development with live gameplay each session. It’s the perfect mix for athletes who want to sharpen their abilities while enjoying the excitement of competition.
Program Highlights:
Skill Development (45 min): Athletes focus on building strong fundamentals and improving technique in a supportive, structured environment.
Gameplay (45 min): Put new skills into action with real game situations, learning strategies, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure.
Consistency is key!
This two-day-per-week program gives players of all levels a balanced approach to learning and competing. Each week includes:
1 Skill Development focussed session
1 Gameplay session
Whether you’re new to the sand or keeping your skills sharp, this program delivers top-quality coaching and a chance to see just how much your game can grow over the summer.
For athletes who want to compete at the highest level, our Full-Time Training Groups provide the ultimate pathway to success.
3–4 on-court sessions per week
Preparation for Provincials and/or Nationals as the highlight events
These groups are designed for athletes with big goals—whether that’s excelling provincially, nationally, or even internationally. Expect intense training, high-level coaching, and plenty of fun.
