Spikes on the Beach 

A great way for kids to keep active during summer vacation. Our Spikes on the Beach program for kids in grades 2 to 5 is designed to maximize fun while teaching young athletes important life skills like teamwork, leadership and self-confidence. Week after week, game after game, kids will build new friendships that will last long after summer vacation has ended.

Train & Play 

OnPoint Athletics’ Train & Play fully encompasses the OnPoint motto of “LEARN. TRAIN. COMPETE.”. This program will consist of 45 minutes of Skill Development and 45 minutes of Gameplay. The perfect combination for those who want to improve upon their skills while also having the opportunity to compete! 

2x Weekly Train & Compete

Whether you’re sinking your toes in the sand for the first time or looking to keep your volleyball skills sharp over the summer, OPBV’s Weekly Training Programs provide players of all ages and abilities with the highest quality coaching to help reach their goals. Train twice per week learning the ins and outs of beach volleyball. This 2x weekly program will consist of 1 session per week of Skill Development and 1 session per week of Gameplay. The perfect combination for those who want to improve upon their skills while also having the opportunity to compete! You’ll even impress yourself with how much your game improves over the summer! 

Full-Time Training Groups 

Intense training, intense fun! Our Full-Time Training Groups are geared towards beach volleyball players who take their game seriously and seek the professional training needed to excel at the provincial, national and international levels. Athletes in this program will train on court 3x-4x per week and participate in Strength & Conditioning 2x per week with a certified personal trainer. Athletes in this program should plan to participate in Provincials at the end of the season as their highlight event. 

2025 Registration: East Gwillimbury, Leamington, Sarnia and Windsor are now open. Barrie and Richmond Hill will open in early 2025.
