Intermediate — Teams in our Intermediate Division love a good rally and typically come with years of experience. Play is a bit more relaxed than competitive level, but rallies have solid ball control, and players are capable of spiking without looking to break any bones. Rules are still enforced (lifts, double contacts on sets), and everyone hustles while still having a good social time.
