Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Program & League Cancellation Policy
One month or more notice: Full refund minus a 4% registration fee.
One week to one month notice: 50% refund, if we are able to fill the spot, we will do so and provide a full refund minus 4%.
One week or less: 0% refund, unless accompanied by a doctor’s note, if we are able to fill the spot, we will do so and provide a full refund minus 4%. If the program has already started, the refund will be prorated if the spot can be filled.

Once the program has started: There will be no refunds provided.

OnPoint Athletics Clothing & Return Policy
You may return items that are in new condition within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in new condition, items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item
Please contact darren@onpointathletics.ca for any return or exchange of items. You will be asked details of your return or exchange. Once details have been given the return or exchange will be determined. 

Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned. Including discount code clothing items. 

Shipping
Customers will be charged for shipping on items being returned or exchanged. 

Return Process
Once customers have emailed darren@onpointathletics.ca for their return or exchange, please allow 7 days for us to process the order. Once processed you will receive an email confirmation. Shipping information for return address below. 

Return Payment
In most cases you will be refunded your item and the payment of purchase. This refund will happen once we have confirmed the item is able to be returned (item is still in new condition). The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

Cancellations
Once you have processed the order it cannot be cancelled. If there are any changes to the order items you can not cancel specific items once processed. The entire order must be cancelled, you can not cancel specific items.
