Hello! My name is Brett, I am the Director of Programming and Head Coach for OnPoint in Central Ontario. I have been playing volleyball since 2003. However, I grew up in an athletic family and played basketball, soccer, and rugby. I have a film & media degree from Queen’s University and a commerce degree from Ryerson University. I played on the varsity volleyball team at both institutions.
My most memorable experience was winning OUA and USports silver medals with Ryerson in 2019. I enjoy connecting with young athletes and building a meaningful environment where they can improve, compete and have fun!

Off the Court
I have many different hobbies that keep me busy when I am not playing or coaching volleyball. I started my own book club in 2018 and enjoy reading and learning. I love traveling and exploring the world. I have been to over 25 countries and counting! Learning new sports is something else that brings me joy. Right now, I’m enjoying learning pickleball and golf. Lastly, you’ll find me listening to Beyoncé in my car to get in the zone before any and all of our training sessions!
