Recreational Co-ed 6s –

Looking for a fun day of volleyball with friends? Our Recreational 6s division is ideal for teams with basic volleyball experience who enjoy friendly competition in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Players should understand positioning, rotation, and the fundamentals of serving, passing, and setting, but consistent execution is still developing.

Teams are encouraged to build rallies and work toward three contacts, with the focus on participation, teamwork, and enjoying the game. This division is best suited to recreational players rather than experienced competitive teams.

Team format: Co-ed 6s, with a minimum of three women on the court.

Reverse 6s – Intermediate+

Our Reverse 6s division is designed for experienced players at the intermediate and level and above who enjoy strong rallies, strategic play, and competitive volleyball. Teams should have consistent ball control, an understanding of offensive and defensive systems, and the ability to serve, pass, set, and attack with confidence.

Played on a women’s-height net, this format puts women at the centre of front-row attacking and blocking, while men contribute through setting, defence, and back-row attacks. Smart placement, strong communication, and teamwork are key to success.

Expect a competitive day on the court with good sportsmanship and a positive atmosphere.
