To ensure the highest quality programming, OnPoint Athletics plans staffing, court rentals, and operational costs based on confirmed registrations. As a result, the following refund policy applies to all programs and leagues:
More than one month before the start of the program:
A full refund, minus a 5% processing fee charged by the registration provider at the time of registration.
Less than one month before the start of the program:
No cash refunds will be issued.
A program credit will be applied to the participant’s account and may be used toward future OnPoint Athletics programs.
Once the program has started:
Once the program has started
No refunds will be issued.
In extenuating circumstances, a program credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of OnPoint Athletics.
This policy is in place because coaching staff are hired and facilities are secured for the full season based on registration numbers prior to the start of each program.
By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
