OPBV’s Weekly Training Programs provide players of all ages and abilities with the highest quality coaching to help reach their goals. Train twice per week learning the ins and outs of beach volleyball. Playing volleyball in the sand will directly improve your athlete’s agility, strength and vertical! They’ll be back to the hard surface court quicker and flying higher!
