What is Byrne’s Digs Fitness?

A bootcamp style training program in the sand. Our aim is to create a fun, challenging and encouraging environment for athletes and non-athletes to uncover and develop their potential, regardless of age or ability. We believe that our strength & conditioning program benefits athletes in all sports as well as non-athletes looking to improve their strength and fitness.

Location: On the Beach – 354 Croft Dr., Tecumseh

Dates: Mondays and/or Wednesdays from May 27th to August 13th

Times: 60 minute session starting at either 3pm, 3:30pm or 4pm (book ahead of time)

Cost and packages:

$20 for 1 session; or

$80 for 5 sessions; or

$150 for 10 sessions
